Refund Policy

This page explains refunds for Board payments. Please read it before you pay — the Board is a digital service delivered immediately: the entry goes live and public the moment payment is confirmed.

The rule: payments are final

All Board payments are non-refundable. None of the following creates a refund:

• Being outranked later by someone who paid more.
• Fewer clicks, less exposure, or less business than you hoped for.
• The pro you backed later opting out of the Board, or being unpublished or suspended by us.
• Backing the wrong pro, entering the wrong amount, or changing your mind.
• Downtime or maintenance.
• A message removed for breaching the rules.

By paying you request that we begin this digital service immediately and, to the extent law allows that waiver, you give up any cooling-off or withdrawal right. Mandatory rights that cannot be waived are unaffected.

When we do refund

• Duplicate charge: the same payment was taken twice.
• A technical failure where payment succeeded but the entry never went live and we cannot fix it.
• Where a refund is required by law.

Email contact@hipaidang.com within 30 days of the payment with the date and amount. We reply within 5 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method; timing depends on your provider.

About chargebacks

If something looks wrong with a payment, contact us first. Raising a chargeback without a legally required basis is a breach of the Terms; we may remove the entry and refuse further use of the Service.
