Terms of Service

These Terms govern all use of hipaidang.com (the "Service"), including browsing, creating an account, publishing a profile, submitting an enquiry, and paying on the Board. Using the Service means you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Operator

The Service is operated by Xinpeng WU, a sole proprietor (not a company), at Fengxin Road, Yuhang, Hangzhou, CHINA 311115. Contact: contact@hipaidang.com

What the Service is

The Service is a directory that connects clients directly with photographers and makeup artists. We take no commission, hold no booking payments, and are not party to the transaction. We are not an agent or employer of any pro. Bookings, prices, delivery and disputes are between you and them.

We review pros manually, but that review is not a guarantee of skill, qualification, safety, or outcome.

Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• Your email is your account. You are responsible for activity under it and for keeping your password safe.
• We may suspend or ban an account that breaches these Terms. A banned pro's profile stops being public.

Pro content

• You may only upload work you shot or are authorized to use.
• Social accounts you provide (Instagram, Xiaohongshu) are used only for us to verify the source of your work and that you are actively working. They are not shown publicly.
• We may remove content on a reasonable infringement complaint.

The Board (paid placement)

Positions on the Board are paid advertisements — not editorial reviews, certifications, endorsements, or independent rankings. Rank is decided by total amount paid. See the Board rules.

• Anyone may pay for any live pro, including the pro themselves.
• A payment buys the rank that amount can take at that moment. It does not guarantee traffic, clicks, bookings, or any outcome.
• A pro may opt out at any time; their entry disappears immediately and money already paid is not refunded.
• All payments are final. See the Refund Policy.
• A chargeback without a legally required basis is a breach of these Terms. We may remove the entry and refuse further use of the Service.

Prohibited

• Impersonation, or using work, identity or contact details that are not yours.
• Sexual, illegal, abusive or misleading content.
• Circumventing or abusing technical measures, including scraping and bulk signups.
• Using Board messages as ad space, to place contact details, or to harass.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for downtime, data loss, the acts of third parties (including pros, clients, payment providers, WhatsApp and WeChat), or indirect losses arising from your use of the Service. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Changes

We may change these Terms. Material changes update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
